I'm a product leader, systems thinker, people leader, founder, and artist. The connective tissue is a bias toward useful structure: enough rigor to scale, enough judgment to move with confidence.
I’m from Charlotte, North Carolina, and lived in Honduras through high school and college, earning a degree in Marketing and International Business. I’m an artist at heart and a Muppet fan—which may explain some of the references below. In my free time (what free time?), I tend to my houseplants and an aquarium with a hand-sculpted background, fish, and a shrimp colony.

Currently, I manage a small product team and own a multi-product portfolio in pharma market access, including platform strategy, a redesign and build of a new API commercialization framework, and I'm rolling out a revitalized AI-era data strategy which has earned strong ELT buy in and support.
I previously co-founded a real estate brokerage. I hired and managed the team, built the operational and technology infrastructure, and ran the business. I learned what it takes to build something when there is nowhere to hide from the outcome. And I handled the fallout when life had other plans.
Today, I own and run my own glass art business, forging colorful borosilicate glass work in 1000+ degree flames in my home studio, and managing the full operational processes and systems end to end behind the scenes.
